Gio Bien - Haiphong

This is restaurant in Haiphong. in the front there is an acurium where you are available the fish, shrimps, other marine products. You can choose from there. Inside there are shared rooms and Vip rooms. the foods are delicious. I saw people like this restaurant.

Good seafood, private rooms with karaoke, cc machine didn't work despite assurance of it the day before

The restaurant is not clean, the service is very poor, we had to ask for things several times before we recieved it. They failed to clear our tables as we were eating, leaving piles of dirty plates and dishes on the table. The drinks took a very long time to come, even just water wasn't served until we sat there for 20 mins. The food also took a long time to come out. We had barely any service while we were eating there. We had to constantly walk up to a wait staff to get their attention. The restaurant's private party room also had a bad stench of urine, as though they used a very dirty rag to clean the tables. I left the restaurant still very hungry even though we ordered plenty of food.
