Totally chill location on the North Shore, near some food trucks. This coffee spot is phenomenal. Some of the best coffee you?ll have on the island. Stop here, bring positivity, get yourself some coffee or any variety of treats they have to offer, and be thankful for being at one of the best places! ????????

I loved this little gem of a coffee shop! It's so cute! The quality of the coffee was amazing! I did not get to try the acai, and fruit bowls, but they looked so good!! The girls that worked there were very accommodating and could not have been nicer!

After driving from Waikiki to the North Shore, we were hungry and need of something to snack on between breakfast and lunch, and we thought of smoothies! A quick Google search later and The Sunrise Shack pops up. So glad we stopped by. We ordered the monkey smoothie, which had peanut butter, banana, dates, coconut cream, almond milk, cinnamon, and topped with cacao nibs, peanut butter and coconut flakes. Delicious and refreshing! The service here is terrible, takes over 30 minutes for a bowl? Nobody would talk to me when I was waiting at the counter to ask them about my order, completely ignored me. Zero sense of urgency. The bowls are good though, so 3 stars for that. But service has got to get better, it is absolutely awful. To the owners, I hope all the feedback about terrible service will allow you to make some changes. The Ala Moana locations is great, but this location is terrible. I probably will not come back here again, I’ll go to another food truck.

2/3 of the girls who worked at this location were rude. Maybe they weren't trying to be, some people just have low standards for manners. Sorority/transplant vibes. My order was sitting for a while but I couldn't see in the window because it was dark and they didn't just like hand it to me or tell me even tho I was the only person there. More importantly, my food was terrible. I got the monkey bowl. It was poorly mixed and the solids and liquids were separating. Taste is bland. Go to one of the other trucks next door, especially the burger one, they're delicious. If you want something sweet there's good shave ice tooEdit: added a stars because I appreciated the owners response. but why hire only young mean women as staff lol? like they’re not even making the food right
