Hopyard Halifax

I love this restaurant. This was my second time going here. The first was 2 years ago when I was in Halifax. I have also been to the Charlottetown location once. I ordered the Peach Flatbread which I was very surprised with how good it was. I would definitely order it again. They have a good selection of vinyl to put on. I selected Currents by Tame Impala. Such a good record!

Funnest place to enjoy a different event almost every night of the week. From music bingo, to open mic, to jazz night and even beats and board games. The rotating taps are always incredible. The staff at just as good as the rotating taps, if not better. Menu changes monthly and always has amazing options for people with dietary restrictions! The food always tastes delicious. Hats off to the kitchen staff.

Greatly enjoyed the trivia event hosted at the HopYard. Reasonably priced drinks and appetizers, friendly servers, and a good atmosphere. There are a lot of appetizers to choose from, with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. No set parking area but there are street parking all around the neighbourhood. Accessible and LGBTQ+ friendly.

First night in Halifax and walking by the HopYard decided to give it a try. Came on a quiet a Taco Tuesday night and had the wings and the crispy chicken and featured braised beef tacos. All of the food was excellent with a lovely coleslaw garnishing the wings. Service was friendly and excellent. Got a few recommendations for things to do and places to go which was appreciated.

Hop yard offers a safe space for queer trivia each month which is fun! The beer is cold with lots of choices. The parmesean cauliflower is a fave every time I go! The servers are accurate and friendly!! I recommend checking it out!
