Truly the best ribs I have ever had, perfect spice rub and perfectly smoked!! A real pit master! Better than anything I have enjoyed in Texas, Kansas and Missouri.

Didn’t know what to expect. Full of meat and fresh veggies. Yummmm.

What a WONDERFUL company to deal with when it comes to a wedding caterer. We are having Nomad pull up as a late night food truck for our guests and I couldn't be more pleased with the way they have communicated with me thus far. And don't even get me started on their food... *Drool*. would recommend!
