Real Fake Meats - Halifax

Really wish we got to try more things but we ran out of time on our trip. The cheese ball is pretty tasty, good with crackers/pretzels. I didn’t love the mozzarella/cheddar cheese blocks on their own but I might try them in a sandwich or something. So many vegan options! The only bad thing is that it’s a bit of a sketchy area. Staff is very nice.

Phenomenal wings! Especially the honey garlic but all 3 flavours are great. Super filling tho so try them with a friend!

We hit this twice in the same day, for breakfast and lunch. Got the western breakfast sandwich and then the buffalo chick'n sandwich and some bacon to go. Both were so good I forgot to take pictures. The staff was excellent, this instantly became one of my favorite spots in North America.

Everything I've tried here has been fantastic! I'm so glad to have a vegan restaurant like this in Halifax.

If you need me to explain how fantastic RFM is, I’d be happy to do so, but you probably already know they’re the best in town at what they do. Their food is like a paradise for vegan comfort food lovers. I've genuinely never had a dish there that disappointed me, and I've tried most things on the menu. The dining area is small, so it's better to consider takeout, and if that’s what you want, you won’t find a better spot for vegan comfort classics in the city. And if they have their happy meal special, you should HURRY (don't just walk) to grab one!
