Its... ok at best. I felt the food was kind of ...blah. Kind of like it had been in the microwave to be reheated.Great wait staff.

Cozy atmosphere and more busy than it first appeared which is a nice thing. Delicious pancakes and amazing savory food too. Great service. Highly recommend as a weekend brunch!

When I arrived in Halifax I needed something to eat. Dropped in for lunch and glad I did. I was going to split a clubhouse, fries and Caesar salad with my partner and once the waitress heard this, she just didn't bring a separate plate, she split it for us before bringing the food out. I was very impressed.Kid-friendliness: At Smitty's, kids are always welcomed.

Very convenient and opposite to the Public gardens. Good food and options. Brunch menu and good quantity and tasty.Wheelchair accessibility: Convenient road side and spacious and wheelchair accessible

The food was edible, but nothing special. The service was slow and they kept forgetting things like coffee. It's old and dated and need some TLC.
