Sushi Jet Dim Sum Fund - Halifax

This restaurant is a fantastic choice for sushi and dim sum. While it may not seem impressive from the outside, the incredible food makes it absolutely worth a visit. Our combo dishes were fresh and expertly prepared, and the dim sum was a delightful treat that's hard to come by.

After we called the restaurant for help, we were met with an unapologetic response. They refused to deliver our food and wouldn't cancel the order or issue a refund; instead, they insisted we come pick it up. This was particularly frustrating since the food had been ready for about 50 minutes already, and we assumed it had gone cold. Fortunately, when I contacted Uber Eats, they confirmed what had happened, promptly canceled the order, and refunded our money. The customer service we experienced was poor, with unreasonable attitudes that left a bad taste. We will not be returning. Additionally, the owner's response in the comments is incorrect. My wife knows my name and number very well, and she provided both my first and last name. The middle name discrepancy was mentioned, but the staff simply refused to listen. The server was quite rude, even walking away while my wife tried to resolve the issue. It's no surprise that the owner would shift blame elsewhere; this behavior is characteristic of a poorly run establishment. Not only will we not return, but I will also share our experience to warn others about the terrible service.

The staff was friendly and well-informed. The menu was easy to navigate without being overwhelming. The sushi rolls were a satisfying size; I think this is the first time I actually felt full after enjoying sushi.

If you?ve got a hankering for sushi and dim sum, this is the place to go. It?s like killing two birds with one stone. Superb food quality and customer service. I was pleasantly surprised to find them throw in some extra rolls on the house with a smiling face on the receipt and container. Talking about going above and beyond. This restaurant is a must try. You won?t be disappointed!!!

I dined in and ordered take out a day later as well. Their quality and quantity are consistent. Reasonable pricing, delicious, and fresh within that price range. Quick service and the restaurant setting is ample for quick bites. They have a variety in their menu selection. Definitely recommended!
