The Board Room Game Cafe - Halifax

This was my first time dining at this restaurant after seeing it as I passed by for months. We spent three hours at our table, during which I ordered the mix and match snacks which was a great deal for the price. The servers were very friendly and attentive, and the game masters were fantastic at making sure we were enjoying ourselves. The variety of games available was impressive, and I am definitely looking forward to returning to try out more. There was a diverse crowd of people, including a few children who appeared to be having a great time as well.

The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and a wide selection of games. The food we ordered was delicious. We did have to wait a bit for our orders, most likely due to the restaurant being busy. I suggest making a reservation in advance as they are busy even on weekdays.

Stroller-friendly. It has access to ramp and elevator but you have to buzz them so the staff can come up to open the main door of the building. Best vanilla milkshake my wife tasted. Has Game Boss who checks our table frequently, asking how we’re doing and helping us understand the games.

I had a great time relaxing with my daughter on a quiet afternoon playing board games. The atmosphere was very pleasant and the game selection was good. We found a few new games that we want to add to our collection at home.

Absolutely LOVED the board room! i'm a huge board game geek and this place did not disappoint at all whatsoever. with TONS of different games to choose from, yummy snacks, comfy atmosphere and super friendly knowledgeable staff, i'd highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good time. a perfect idea for a date night or just hanging out with family friends. 10/10 in my books, and i'll definitely be coming back!
