Health Freak Cafe - HALLS HEAD

I normally just stop here for a quick bite to eat out of the sweets cabinet. All the food I've tried is fantastic. Maybe a little over priced but I know these foods do cost a bit to make. Only let down is the customer service. I rarely get a friendly person serve me :(

My wife is lactose and gluten intolerant. Dairy makes her immediately nauseous. Gluten just sleepy. So its important to get the dairy correct.This Group deserves medals. Scrambled egg - simple but delicious. I had the sourdough toast eggs, bacon and tomato and it was heaven.Been back just for that.Lasagna and salads are excellent. Vegan Pad Thai is "to die fo".Coffee really good and the snickers bars and cakes have to be tried. We have them every time now.The frozen coco freak is really nice. A must to try.Well done all of you.Helpful service.Just need to point out to customers that the milk is lumpy by design - we thought it was going off.

Stopped by to catch up with a friend. Couldn't decided on what to get due to my nut allergy but ended up getting the cocowhip with berries and hot cacao with coconut milk. To be honest though it was simple it was defiantly worth it! The menu has lots to choose from and I actually wish I had gone early to grab some lunch. The staff were nice and friendly, the food/drinks were good. Atmosphere was actually pretty funky, little bit small on the inside but enough seating.Worth a look if your wanting to try some healthier options.

My new "go to" cafe for coffee. Robust bean,smooth and rich. Well trained baristas. Amazing authentic mocha using cacao not sugar laiden powdered chocolate. Great range of raw food cakes and slices.

I was told by the newsagency at Halls Head Shops that there café across does the best coffee in town, I replied "ha that's a huge call" with a smirk,.. WAS I WRONG to question it,Coffee was that great I ordered a second cup before I had finished the 1st, the service kind and friendly .. a bit slow but there was only two staff at the counter and there were working very hard.Great job Health Freak Halls Head.
