The food here is amazing! The staff are nice. The service is good. The decor is a bit stiff formal. It would be more fun if it had a better playlist some more fun injected into the decor through colour pattern. The prices are a bit on the steep side there is not enough choice of Turkish inspired desserts. It’s a pity because I love this place wish I could visit more often but it’s just too expensive. I’ve been a few times as I live close by but I don’t ever remember seeing any specials that are a great deal. A tasting menu would be a great idea!

We’ve been to The Shiish twice now and both times we’ve had a brilliant time. The service is warm and friendly, the prices are fair, and the food is superb and freshly cooked. In all honesty, we haven’t actually eaten here (yet! but wanted to leave a review based on our experience tonight. We walked past this evening with our two children whilst trick or treating. A kind woman (sorry, didn’t catch any names! beckoned us in from the window and gave our children lollipops and sweets. They were incredibly sweet, interacted with them both and seemed genuinely kind and generous. The atmosphere within the restaurant was lovely and warm- will 100% return as customers!
