GT Dragon Chinese Restaurant

I have had a couple of poor customer service issues with this restaraunt in the past but will share the last and final one here. I ordered a dinner for and paid the delivery driver a dollar tip only to find that there...was no sweet sour sauce for the chicken balls. I called the restaraunt times to talk to the manager, who refused to discuss with me as I could hear him yelling at the young lady answering the phone. Finally through the young lady he offered me a dollar credit on my next order. I went down to the restaraunt to discuss it personally as you cannot eat chicken balls without the sauce. The manager would not even acknowldege my concern when I went into the restaraunt and turned an walked away. As I am a business professional myself, so I kept my temper and simply advised this manager that he should be ashamed of himself and this is how restaraunts loose customers.

Chinese food craving was satisfied. My wife and I looked at the menu outdide on the window and ordered diffrent combination platters and shared the food. Food was all delicious, temperature was good. Sweet sour sauce was tasty Will be back...when we have our next chinese foid craving.

We ordered dinner for three,most of the food was not good ! I'll be throwing it in the garbage,,, Not worth it !

Combo plate way too much rice and not much else. Onions and veg not cut properly Rice was dry and not very flavorful

Really bad food. Don't even try the platter...and the individual dishes seemed stale. Also note that it's not a sit-down dining place. They have tables but if you visit (which we did as family), they literally serve you in take away packs with paper...plates and plastic spoons. No water served. And the owner insisted I paid even while I was in middle of dining. Not sure how and why this place even exists.
