Kelsey's Neighborhood Bar & Grill

We had dinner outside and despite there being few patrons, the service was very slow. The staff never checked on our meal or refreshed our drinks. The salmon portion was small and rather boring, and it was supposed to come with rice according to the menu, but instead arrived with salted French fries (and we had asked for no extra salt). The waitress was nowhere to be found after we finished our meal, except for when she brought out a lonely bowl of rice. The rice would have been good with the meal, not by itself. The whole meal experience was boring and disappointing, and there is no reason for us to ever go back again.

I had a pleasant day enjoying lunch on the outdoor patio at Kelsey's. I approached the hostess, used my cell phone to bring up a QR code, and completed registration with my name, email address, and phone number for everyone in our party. Each table had the choice of accessing the menu on my cell phone or using a physical menu. It's important to remember to tip generously as servers have not been working since the lockdown began in late November.

I was happy to return to this restaurant! I visited for lunch yesterday and it felt great to be dining out again. The atmosphere was very inviting and our server was incredibly friendly. I ordered a burger and fries, which were delicious. Thank you for making my return to dining out a wonderful experience!

Waited for a while for a table but was worth it! food was good! Service was great! I feel for them in these tough Covid times...but we were impressed! Manager was on point running as best as he could to help the server.

It appears Covid has really affected this location. With few people in the place we were seated quickly and order taken. For some reason a group were then seated in the next booth. Our choice was only large Nachos and a spinach dip basically snacks....After waiting a long time we received the nachos, a very poor representation, very little ingredients and overcooked. The dip we were told was burned and being redone! When it came was certainly was not like it should be very thick and lacking taste. My opinion is that the cooks were not professionals or learning how to cook. In this case they might just as well close the place. If I’m wrong I suggest better management controls be put in place. The waitress was very pleasant but again I think a temporary employee. Our expectations were not high given Covid restrictions but left sorry we even bothered eating out!
