Car wash is CONSTANTLY out of order! Ended up canceling our wash club membership because it was a waste of money. Brand new store, so not sure why it's always down?

Very negitive management and untrained staff . We went to run a fuel card through and it didn’t run through. I asked about manual entering the info as I have been doing ever since and they said it didn’t work …… it dose work they just don’t know how to do it then have me a drive off receipt and was suppose to call my company in morning. A lady who claims to be managed the store got rude and started barking order we need our money now we can’t take your fuel cards we need in person to pay with a credit card so we lose our fuel discounts. So said to bad and blamed it on me said it was my card but it’s not . Do not get diesel fuel there unless I pay in cash this incompetent staff and untrained do not care about truckers

Car wash: nice to have the option between soft touch or touch less. We chose touch less. The soap is clogged and covered maybe 50% of the truck. The windshield still has residue and is not clean. The dryer is great! Overall it got majority of the salt off the truck but not a great clean.

Rude staff more worried about sitting around and talking then cleaning the store all hot beverages were out of powder staff didn't care they were more worried about sitting around and talking trash outside was over flowing!
