Mediocre food, appalling service and dogs not allowed. The food was OK but the prawn tempura was just a soggy, fatty standard batter. Definitely not Tempura!! No still non alcoholic drinks for pregnant daughter. We arrived before 19.00 and did not get main course until after 20.15 by which time we could not see what we were eating as we had to be outside. They have an outmoded no dogs policy which is hard to understand as they have separate bar and restaurant areas so could easily allow dogs in the bar. To be fair they gave us a discount on the final bill as recognition of how badly we were looked after.

Lovely location overlooking the River. Bread was soft and fresh. Other food drink was standard quality for what you would expect in a cafe. You are paying a bit extra for the location. Staff friendly and helpful. Service: Dine in Price per person: £10–20 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Terrible service, waited an age for food to arrive which was greasy and overcooked. Rude and unfriendly staff brushed us off with a range of excuses.
