Mcdonald's - Hambleton

I've been looking for a mcflurry oh sorry for 3 years, the ice machines don't work today! when did it last work? do not advertise such articles if they cannot be produced because they do not want. pay to have dismantled the machine!

Covid has nothing on this place. Its disgustingly filthy. Plastic screens coverd in gruby covid ridden finger prints. Rubbish all over drive through, grass and car park. Filthy floor. Dead flies and mouldy crumbs along the windowsill.

I went to McDonald for a burger and the young person who met me was a girl called charlotte she was absolutely fab shoud me how to use menu to order. AND she was fantastic well manored great personally. She was brilliant *

Food was as should be expected, but the music volume was unbearable. Autistic people would find the horrendously loud music traumatic! TURN THE MUSIC DOWN! [This was 9PM on a tuesday night]

We visited the drive thru today. Our order was a Big Mac meal with flat white( no fizzy drinks available) and a grand Big Mac with bacon and a strawberry milkshake.we were quickly served staff were polite,when it came to receiving the order I had...to remove a hair hanging from under the lid of my flat white which was only 3 quarters full and not very hot . We arrived home Leeming village less than a few minutes drive from the services The food was cold completely both burgers and chips we had to reheat in the microwave.The presentation was shocking my Big Mac was acceptable however my husbands order of grand Mac was just’thrown together’ .It needed to be totally reconstructed.It appears that these products have been made in advance and kept on a hot plate which clear.y is not effective .There was only one car in front of us so it was not busy so cannot fathom why this has occurred. So sorry to say it was fast service but poor quality presentation and cold food.
