Mcdonald's - Hambley Blvd, Pikeville

Well normally it is a good visit but this time the only reason we wanted to go was for a Frappe and their frappe machine was broken and they loaned their other machine to another store.. who loans out machinery like that when they know they would need it

Waited 25 minutes for order of mcdouble and a small fry only get 30 minutes for lunch so had to eat while I drove .

Used the drive thru, and the wait was really long. Food was good.

Went through drive thru when I got home noticed that half of my order was not in the bag, when I called and told the manager what was left out and that my kids was coming to pick the rest of the order up was told that it would be ready and when they got back home still didn’t have the rest of my order. This McDonald’s always messes something up on night shift.
