Backwood Brothers - Hamburg

I've been trying this place for a while. It is a shame that COVID has the ability to go more because the food is delicious. I ordered pulled pork sandwich plate with Mac and cheese, Pommes and Cole Slav. The BBQ sauce comes on the side, but the portions are not skipped at all! Great portions, so much pig on the sandwich that you could make two. The pig came a little crispy, which I also prefer, but it is still juicy in the rest of it, that was not. The Mac and the cheese were really good and had a lot of taste. I'm usually not a Cole Slav person, but her was absolutely delicious. Try this place when you get the chance! (Dr. Pepper not included in the order! Lol!

Not bad. I think the Mac n' cheese was different. Unsure if I liked it. Pulled pork was good. Their BBQ sauce is pretty decent. Parking can be a little odd but that's just because of location. Overall 4/5. Staff was great the food just needs a slight step up for me to be a 5/5.

The best brisket! Melts in your mouth. Pulled pork is a winner as well. The grilled chicken, also wonderful. The ribs weren't available at the time, so if course there will be repeat visits. Highly recommend.

On New Year's Eve, I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. I ordered the "bride" dish, and it was incredible. They even make their own BBQ sauce, which was so delicious that I ended up buying some to take home. The owner, who is also the mom, was working and was very friendly and engaging. We will definitely be returning!

Without a doubt, this is the best brisket sandwich I've ever had in my life! You absolutely won't be disappointed if you visit this place! I would share a picture, but I devoured it too quickly! Next time for sure! The flavors are simply magical and seasoned to perfection!
