Dunkin' - Hamburg

The service is quick and friendly. They always get my order right! I love Dunkin'.

I really enjoy my visits to Dunkin'. Although this location doesn't have a drive-thru, they make up for it with quick, accurate, and friendly service.

I visited this Dunkin' this morning, and they were quite busy. Despite the chaos, the young cashier was incredibly pleasant and positive. My credit card didn't authorize on their machine, so I had to run to my car to grab another one. She was very polite and managed to assist other customers on a different register while I stepped away. Unfortunately, my coffee order got overlooked in the hustle, and others were served before mine. However, once she noticed my wait, she quickly made my drink with a smile. I wish I knew her name because she truly deserves recognition and a raise!

HUGE shout out for a job well done to Maeve. She always has a smile great personality.!

The service was excellent and prompt, with no wait to get in. I highly recommend Dunkin' Donuts to anyone looking for a fantastic cup of coffee.
