Bistro Ca Phe Viet - Hamburg

I really want the lunch restaurant in the courtyard of the BrahmsQuartier (Gängeviertel). It is located two, three minutes walk from my workplace, it is cheap, the team is sympathetic, and the Vietnamese cuisine is anyway one of my Asian favorites. But somehow I wasn't so lucky with this mini shop. The beef flour during my first visit was well seasoned, but to tame the meat. In today's Gà Kho S t (beauty chicken with lemongrass, ginger, chili, limon leaves, in caramel sauce, sharp; 5.90 euros) the meat quality was good, but otherwise dominated instead of refined Vietnamese spicy variety of boring broth taste. Due to the positive experiences of friends who have some Vietnam experience, I will give the Cà Phê Viet at least one chance. Maybe I only have bad days.
