China Chalon - Hamburg

We were not eating there for the first time, but it is always very tasty and just in the evening the buffet is really great! great ambiente, nice operation and great selection of finished Chinese foods, as well as raw meat and fish/meeres, which are then fresh for a fried and then brought back to the table. as an appetizer of salads, sushi etc. you can always use it again and again. as a dessert, besides several sorts of ice, there are also various fruits and cakes to choose from.All you can eat just delicious!

There are so many Mongolian buffets. I can say little to the already pre-gardened (bready, bratreis, chicken curry, gay sweet-sour etc. there are many),because we haven't tried them. but the live cooking is absolutely worth mentioning. there are plenty of fish (Lachs,Seezunge, pangasius, tilapia, shrimps, gambas, tintenfisch,.) exotic (kangaroos, krokodil) and conventional like lamb, swarm, bark, chicken, which then but butterfly. so if you're close...By the way the sushi is less worth talking, but this is rarely good apart from Japanese restaurants.

We were with friends for the first time in the chalon (same were nice more often there) and were all excited.The restaurant is bright and friendly furnished, the personal friendly and helpful. the selection of the foods at the büfett is more than sufficient, both in the fresh department, where you choose to eat and that is then prepared to table as well as in the finished department, where you get from fish, duck, pute to suppe everything that is usual in a Chinese restaurant. in the fresh department even kangaroo meat, was very delicious! There were also sushi and desserts. Conclusion: who likes to eat well and cheap (price/performance ratio) is right here.

The visit in the chalon was made due to an online purchased voucher. Perhaps it was on Sunday evening that the service had lost a good piece of ease. the number of guests stayed more in limits. the buffet was rich, consisted of 1/3 of ingredients for the fresh preparation of the feeds, which might be the live hooking. this, however, took place in one only with a persuasive. the selection of fresh ingredients was not very rich and put together with little fantasy. the offer was more like a lunch table at an asiate with buffet. the food was ok, but not outstanding.

The Chinese-Mongolic restaurant is bright and very clean. the buffet rich and very tasty. the price/performance ratio is excellent, better is not possible.
