Hermetic Coffee Roasters - Hamburg

This is one of the best places in Hamburg to get coffee. They do exceptionally nice filter coffees and the espresso tastes very nice as well. I like it even more than Elbgold coffee, which seems to be the most popular coffee shop(s) in Hamburg. What's more, they actually cater for vegans by offering nice cakes and energy balls. (I believe they also offer a sandwich but I forgot because I was only looking for sweet options

They make here amazingly flat white! I really like the music and it is very cool vibes inside

Cool little hipster-ish place with some excellent coffee and some sandwiches or cakes. A few vegan options but not plenty.

The coffee is really good and the half of the cakes were vegan, so if they are in good coffee, they should definitely go here.
