KFC - Hamburg

Very disappointing!!!.. Chicken that was cold and dull.. Probably from laying in the heating closet for 2 hours.. Far from crips which is very sad when they are called Chicken Crips . The gravy tasted like tap water with a boullion cube.. No salt or other seasoning.. The emplyees did not get the order right and had a hard time understanding even german.. No english at all.. Ketchup and 7up was ok.. I know now why KFC is not popular in Denmark..

Stays open with the bars and continually busy. Usual KFC fare but very expensive compared to the surrounding area. Also paid toilets as is common here.

I went on a European road trip to get to this KFC. It was totally worth the trip, as I got to see a side of Hamburg that I probably would've entirely avoided had I known beforehand what I was getting into. The neighborhood is vibrant and vivacious literally buzzing (but that sound is mostly wafting down from tattoo parlors and sex shops) and the local artists . The food was warm and decent, KFC standard, the fries surprisingly good but why no cumin in the cole slaw?

Conveniently located, along the strip of clubs and bars, we stumbled in here after a few hours drinking in a nearby bar, to soak up some alcohol, before we carried on. Fairly expensive chicken chips. £7.50 for a burger, chips and drink! Security in the premises, which was good, as there were a few drunken fools that got ejected. Plenty of seating. ONLY come here if desperate and I need of some food whilst out drinking or are time limited. So many other restaurants about that serve better food.

This was just a drunk, contemptuous stop for us. the food was delicious, but the place was dirty. idk, when I eat sober there, but then again idk, when I eat sober somewhere on the reeperbahn, lol. I survived, so I guess you're good.
