And on this basis, which now has a very good star level, will certainly be able to be developed and developed – the progress that have been shown in the last twelve months, suggest that there are still more potential. all the dishes were very harmonious and comprehensible, but at the same time have an individual note. with the very pleasant service and the wine competency, the total package at the sea is currently easy. who are very well selected to the oriented, worthy and not exhaustive, the service is modern, not skillful and sympathetic. on this way, the individual parts will be mutually strengthened and can express more pleasant and relaxed in the sum than the pure culinary reviews.
The visit confirms my feeling that the seafarer has taken a positive development and continues to take. the kitchen of the julian stowasser fits into the timeless-edle ambiente. she strengthened her while she consciously circumvented her with strong aromes. Despite their fullness, the dishes are not too strong but powerful. by this type, the kitchen is aromatically accessible without exclusively on traditional arome pattern. the service team convinced again on a whole line – I felt very pleasantly cared for, with the right amount of information to the directed, somewhat smalltalk and even tempo it went relaxed through the evening. the kitchen of julian stowasser has with security chance to start the second star very soon. I would personally see the restaurant in this category in the combination with the wine selection and the consulting services of stefanie hehn as a whole package.
Very elegant and relaxed atmosphere. The dishes are excellently fresh and creative. The service is also friendly and accommodating in every respect. Includes an excellent experience.
It was not our first visit to Lakeside, but the first one under the new chef Julian Stowasser and we were more than enthusiastic. The absolute taste experience was the threesome of the Scottish salmon, the warm cold game, a dream. You do not have to write much about the ambience and the first-class service, the ambience is unique and the service is more pleasant.
You can't eat better. From entering to leaving the restaurant you will be perfect, professional and very sympathetic. The food was fantastic, the wines were super tuned and also the magnificent view of the Alster. It was a great evening and special occasions, you can enjoy it. I will definitely recommend this restaurant.
