On recommendation I have returned to the local1 with friends.A very different restaurant. a place of rest. no mass production (as is often the case) . great place to stay. silent. purist with mut to be different, but very cozy.We have let ourselves in on the recommendations of the local and were more than enthusiastic with the evening bread 9 gang incl. accompanying weine or beer. there's someone really thinking. to make his guests happy. great. very beautifully presented, tasteful and presented at the point.No schischi, no overflux. great regional, sustainable cuisine.My conclusion is coming back to the local1

The very beautifully arranged and with a great interieur inviting restaurant delights with unlikely beautiful compositions. excellent low level appetizer, great red beds variations to the main course and the meat perfectly at the point.Condition extremely friendly, inexpressible and very attentive.A great evening!

A special card 3 - 9 channels. all fresh with natural ingredients. very pleasant service speditiw and friendly.

We have landed as a ten-headed group (including four children) in this exceptional local and were simply enthusiastic. the card may seem quite exotic for some (description of dishes only in words), but the quality of the kitchen is clearly above the expectations and the service was highly competent and in no way placed in a very authentic friendly - true hostage. the price? well, each performance has a countervalue. only in the Vegi area remained ewtl still air up. for us as a (excellent) gastronomic from the Swiss but clearly one of the absolute Hamburg highlights. bravo!
