Ristorante Maurizio - Hamburg

This is a great Italian restaurant in Sasel, a quiet suburb in north Hamburg. It's very popular and it's easy to see why. The food is consistently excellent and the staff are super friendly. It's a nice place to bring the family. Very tasty pizza and pasta and excellent meat and fish dishes too. The atmosphere is good too. Altogether, highly recommended.

Large Italians with great delicious pizzas. It is a small but fine menu and the service and the boss personally are super nice. Like in Italy.

We visited MauriziO for the first time with 3 people. As an appetizer we had *Carpaccio e Rucoletta* (but without a rocket, this is not so our taste) and as a main dish pizzas; *Pizza Prosciutto e Funghi* and *Pizza Tonno e Cipolle*. All dishes were very delicious, the pizzas have a very thin crispy dough and are ruby! The service was attentive and friendly. The restaurant is modern and somewhat sober furnished, through the tiles and little decoration or no curtains is the volume quite high, therefore a dot pull (Essen 5 stars). Positive to mention that there are enough parking spaces, accessible from the Saseler Kamp.

Very well visited restaurant. The food is good. Prices are not too high. A pizza costs on average 9€. Great and taste. You should book at least in the evening. Operation is very nice and attentive. You can also organize more celebrations here. Food is also sold outside the house.
