Som førstegangs besøgende var det lidt hektisk at bestille mad - vi skulle lige gennemskue konceptet.Det er skam smart nok.Man ankommer og får udleveret et plastikkort pr. person.Herefter vælger man kø efter, hvad man skal have.Det hektiske opstår, når man for første gang står foran kokken og skal tage stilling til pastatype, ja/nej til hvidløg, ja/nej til ost, skal der ekstra-topping i retten, skal man huske at sige det HELT fra starten.....jeg vil tro, at man efter et par besøg, får helt styr på, hvad der fungerer godt.Inden man forlader kokken med sin mad, registrerer han maden på plastkortet, man fik ved indgangen.Maden var virkelig god. Det var super varmt og i sagens natur helt frisklavet efter individuelle ønsker.Medarbejderne var ganske neutrale, ikke et eneste smil så vi, men de var heller ikke uvenlige - bare helt neutrale.Når man forlader restauranten, scannes plastkortet, og man afregner ved kassen.Priserne er ganske rimelige og portionerne er rigelige.
