Westminster - Hamburg

Das Westminster ist fast ein Muss in Hamburg! Klein aber eine tolle "Kneipe"! Urige Einrichtung! Total netter Service! Seit 1990 derselbe Wirt! Toller Typ! Und das Krabbenfrühstück kann man zu jeder Tageszeit genießen! Dazu ein frisch gezapftes Köpi! Was will man mehr! Ein Besuch lohnt sich immer wieder!

On a recent visit, we passed this spot with our two small dogs, called them up and were happy to hear that they won't mind our furry friends joining under the table.The menu is a typical (in a good way) Hamburg fare. I was looking for a place where my father could "sample Hamburg" and this was it. Fish, potatoes, herring, you name it.The quality of other items was also superb: from apfelstrudel to gluwein and to tea. And the food is cooked to order, which really makes the difference in how fresh it comes.If you're looking for a place that will deliver a great Hamburg menu, with friendly ambience and central location that is nevertheless off the tourist path – this is it. 5 stars out of 5, and a hat tip to the manager/owners.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden, satt und glücklich ! Sehr netter Service, einfache aber leckere Küche, die wir mit einem "Groupon" Gutschein ausprobiert haben. Wir würde auf jeden Mal noch einmal her kommen. Nur an der Dekoration/Raumathmosphere könnte man noch etwas arbeiten, dies ist jedoch "Meckern auf hohem Niveau"

Polecam dla zgłodniałych turystów w Hamburgu, z zewnątrz wygląda niepozornie, lecz obsługa jest b dobra, a jedzenie w dobrej cenie i smaczne. Zjadłem tu najlepszy makaron z kurkami w swoim życiu! Samo miejsce ma interesującą historię.

Ci sono stato dopo la visita al miniature wonderland che si trova sullo sponda opposta del fiume Elba. Cucina tipica tedesca , ottima la birra un pò meno i cibi. Simpatico ed onesto il proprietario.
