Dunkin' - Hamden

I drive across town just to come to this restaurant because they always get my order right. Unlike other Dunkin' locations, where they always tell me "our frozen coffee machine is down," I never have to worry about that here because they always do their job. The night staff is the best, always making me feel welcome and going out of their way to put a smile on my face. When I go to order, they even anticipate my order before I say anything. My only complaint is that they used to be open 24/7, but not anymore. They should change that.

While this restaurant is typically known for its quick service, it appeared to be understaffed during my visit. Despite the longer wait and some apparent confusion inside, my order was still accurate. Overall, it was a good experience.

This restaurant is consistently bustling in the mornings! The staff efficiently prepares everything and works quickly with the limited number of employees. They may not always have a smile on their faces, but they are always hard at work!

Employee behind the counter told me I hope I don’t get beat up for not wearing a mask. another employee got up into my face. HORRIBLE employees.

The best iced cocoa mocha signature latte! I called to find out who had made it wanted to thank him. Thanks!
