Dunkin' - Hamden

The worst customer service. Many employees behind the counter and not one said “sorry we will get to you after this” basically they didn’t acknowledge anyone waiting in line. After so much waiting we decided to leave and have zero intentions of coming back to this location — I do not recommend this Dunkin’ to anyone!

The service at this restaurant is excellent. The staff at this location is courteous and prompt. If they offered a drive-thru service, it would be the only Dunkin' Donuts I would visit.

Doesn’t open at 4am they open and close whenever they please , worst in Hamden

I absolutely adore Dunkin' Donuts! I am a loyal customer and gentleman Noah made my experience even better with his exceptional service. He was very polite, courteous, and provided excellent customer service.
