Starbucks Coffee - Hamden

Good place for coffee, well maintained inspite of short staffed.

Generally a good location close to exits in both directions on 95. The staff is unfailingly friendly. They occasionally get swamped with mobile orders, which is ultimately a problem that Starbucks corporate needs to resolve nationwide. The entrance/exit to the parking lot can be a challenge during heavy commute periods depending on which direction you are driving.

Huge respect for the staff! A few weeks ago, we experienced a terrible snowstorm. I've driven through many storms like this while working for the ambulance and fire department, but that day was one of the worst, even though I was in a truck. The entire staff not only made it to work and opened the restaurant, but they were also incredibly pleasant and unfazed by the situation. We decided to wait out the storm a bit longer and canceled our drive to Vermont due to the weather. Thank you for being there; coffee is what keeps us going on the 1st and 3rd shifts!

The staff here is incredibly friendly. They serve great coffee, and the facilities are clean.

The person who prepared my matcha deserves high praise; it was truly the best matcha I’ve ever had.
