Subway - Hamden

After several visits I am posting this review for this place. That sometimes they are great and sometimes they don’t even care how much and what you are adding.

It’s 7 am and doors are locked, says it’s open at 5 am so I came to get sandwiches for a trip and I’m highly disappointed. The lady is in there and seems to be getting things ready but won’t acknowledge me. Poor service also really inconvenient!

The young lady that made my Spicy Italian sandwich did a amazing job !!! Me and my mom where very pleased..

This is a review addressed to the owner/manager of this location. one of the servers Tamiya needs additional training. Does not understand the concept of toasted puts the sandwich in the machine for literally I counted 5 secs. Does not let the machine finish. Does not also believe in adding appropriate veggies. In a customer facing job, at least pretend to listen to the customer for their sandwich requests. Mam, its not you paying for the sandwich, its the customer. Please make sure she gets the additional training she needs.

This subway franchise is the best I've ever been. they're loading her sandwich with sweets. very clean. I'm just visiting this subway. wish all other subway shops were as clean as this load in hamden.
