I drank a swallow from my cappuccino. more than half the cup was foamed with only a small amount of coffee on the bottom of the cup. the hot chocolate, however, was well accepted as it was a hot milk drink and they could put the white chocolate drops into the cup after their own taste. after about ten more minutes we were ready for departure. we asked about the bill and wanted to pay cash. we were upset that you had to spend more than 15 euros if you wanted to pay cash. I've never heard such a ridiculous thing. my daughter, who wanted to pay, had no cards to pay and bought almost a cake to take away, only so that the bill was above 15 euro. I stopped her and paid with my card. I looked everywhere at the walls for a note on it, I looked at the boards outside and above the reception area. of that was nothing to say to people. I was angry. not everyone wears cards and not everyone wants to spend so much money. they have to make a pretty baggage from the tourists who are smiling weekly. museum cafe. not a good way to treat visitors, and I will certainly never go back there. oh, and by the way, we had a good experience in the place where we had lunch at lunchtime, and I would recommend this place again and again.
Classic German caffe. . basic breakfast selection for all and the bilingual waitress made it so easy to order and all meals are freshly prepared
Friendly staff, nice environment and good food. I enjoyed bark meat with horseradish cream sauce and new kartoffels.
In summer and in beautiful spring and autumn weather you sit outside in the sun; with any cold or wet weather they can sit inside and enjoy a good cup of coffee or tea as well as delicious cakes. I always take visitors with inscafé, where friendly waiters and waiters also serve a well prepared lunch at a reasonable price. No one has ever complained and people are always wondering if we could go there again!
The museumcafé is a charming place where you can drink and eat coffee while looking around. the coffee is very good, as well as the ice-creams that seem to make an outrageous trade. the cakes are also exceptional. the service is excellent although I can communicate in German, but the waiters were very friendly. the museum café in the interior is very elegant with chandeliers and traditionally decorated. a wonderful place to relax!
