Country Style Donuts - Hamilton

I love the donuts and breakfast sandwiches at this restaurant! My only complaint is that they don't offer delivery through DoorDash, Uber Eats, or SkiptheDishes. I wish there was a delivery option available.

The sandwiches are decent. Problem with owner..He stands at front and one can sense waves of hostility coming from him. Today they had problems with cash registers I had asked for receipt) He said system down..ok..when I suggested that all he had to do was to apologize for inconvenience to customers he suggested strongly) that I leave. As I a had paid for food and he was the one being hostile, I refused. Be aware you may run into that situation..best not to speak to him

I’ve been going to this place for years on occasions. While the food is somewhat decent, I can’t say the same for the service. The older employees don’t have manner or customer service skill. Today I got an ice coffee a sandwich. The coffee is a quarter short and the bacon is so crumbly dry. When the coffee was served, a straw was already inserted. Covid is over but it isn’t a good idea to do that. Other coffee shops have a straw stand.

I ordered the loaded breakfast wrap and my boyfriend got the western sandwich. Both dishes were delicious and definitely worth the price. The service was excellent. Overall, we had a great experience.
