Double Double Pizza Chicken - Hamilton

The food was not very good. Got a cheese stuffed pizza and the pizza was really undercooked and did not taste good. Would not recommend this place. I will never repeat my business.

So I ordered a burger meal and panzo.Didnt get my pop with my meal deal or dipping sauce for the panzo so I called to tell them and they put me on hold and never got back to me so I hung up and called back there was no answer.Very angry about the way I was treated what kind of business is this?

The chicken was over cooked and chewy not happy at all.People don't order chicken from here.What a waste of money.

Was visiting a friends apartment located on Forest Ave. when we decided we would try this local eatery for supper. Did a walk in order by ordering pizza plus wings. Despite there being a large selection from their menu, we both found this food was average. One would think that Hamilton is very competitive with pizza and wing eateries that they would offer food that as different plus above average compared to the competition!

It really seems to depend on who is working at the time you order. We've ordered in walk-up, online and over the phone with mixed results. We're 1 street away so we never get delivery, so I don't know about wait times there. Pizza has always been ready in 15-20 minutes. Sometimes it seems undercooked; sometimes it seems overcooked. We've had problems with our drink selections before, sometimes they don't seem to understand that diet drinks aren't the same as regular drinks. We've only ordered pizza and wedges from there, I've never tried their other foods. It's nice because it's convenient to our home, but when I want really good pizza, I'll go either to Topper's on Upper James or to Capri downtown. It's also good when you're craving late night and don't want to go far.
