Gallagher's Lounge - Hamilton

We decided to stop by for a late lunch after finding this restaurant on the BringFido app, and we were not let down! The owner and staff were very attentive and the food was excellent. The menu was above average for a bar, and they even provided water bowls and biscuits for our dogs. I would definitely recommend this place.

I was very disappointed with the service at this restaurant. I don't understand how they manage to stay in business. There are plenty of other good options out there that I will go to instead. If I wanted to be ignored, I would have stayed at home. If I wanted to not eat, I would have stayed home too. I have been back since my initial review and have found that the staff can vary. I only had one bad experience with the service, but since then I have been treated well. It was unfair of me to judge the entire restaurant based on one staff member. Overall, the staff is friendly, the atmosphere is good, and I have yet to try the food but I heard the kitchen is open until 1am which is great. I will definitely be returning, hopefully not to leave another negative review. I am changing my 1-star rating to a 5-star.

Above the bar, a great place after hours and good friendly and hospitable staff! Tip them, they deserve it!

Best Labatt 50 in town. Excellent service and comfortable atmosphere.

Best Bar on Augusta! Great Food during the day also. Always the hot spot on the weekends too.
