Golden Griddle Family Restaurant

We have eaten here but many times. They have a large selection, the staff was fast and friendly. I enjoy breakfast here the most. Prices are a bit high but not outrageous, and a senior discount is available.

Food is always great! Eggs Benny is one of my staples. A bit pricey compared to some other places but great atmosphere to eat and chat. Or to take the family. Recommend highly if you want to get out of saturday morning cooking!

We are Eggs Benedict lovers and it really does come down to the Hollandaise sauce. And hand's down the best Hollandaise sauce is at this restaurant, rich and creamy perfection and a lot of it! If I could change one thing I would suggest the staff take a drive over to the Egg and I in Ancaster to try their hashbrowns...seasoned and homemade. It would be an improvement on the ones they serve. That being said, I would pick this restaurant over any other for their Eggs Benedict/Hollindaise regardless. The waitstaff is also wonderful and prompt, despite the restaurant being extremely busy on weekends. Excellent service.

Went there for Brunch yesterday, just because. The single most impressive factor about this eatery was the service. The wait staff (lots of them) are not "assigned" to a specific group of tables, therefore, you don't have to wait for anything. Secondly, it was clean. The food was ok, priced accordingly. Will I go back? Maybe.

Yum Yum The Golden Griddle has an excellent weekend buffet! They will make eggs Benny fresh for you included in the buffet price. The buffet includes everything you expect plus some pleasant surprises. Terrific restaurant for all ages and as I waitressed for them many moons ago I know cleanliness is exceptional.
