Went here at 7:30 for Good Friday and they weren't that busy, they closed at 8:30 so we just made itOur server was super friendly.

We got two orders of halibut and chips and it was such a disappointment! Two puny pieces of very greasy halibut and two rather skimpy portions of fries

Some of the best fish and chips around. If you have a chance you need to stop by and check this little place out!

We have now done it about four times, the third a take away. Although tasty, the batter softened with the retained humidity and took away the magic crunch and freshness of eating in. This was despite the staff doing what they could, so my recommendation after having our faith restored on our last visit (albeit without mushy peas) is to enjoy the food on the premises with a pot of tea and bread butter. The coleslaw is also excellent making it by far our favourite chippy, even though we have to cross the mountain to get there.

We go to Harry's almost every Friday. The best fish in chips in the city. Not a big place but not the smallest either. Family run and the service is excellent!
