McDonald's - Hamilton

I live around the corner and have been going to list location since it opened.For the past 10 years they have drastically been declining each year. It's my fault I keep going there but today was the last straw. They can't handle the two lanes, they are supposed to be fast food and I ALWAYS have to pull over and wait even with ONE car behind me. They ALWAYS forget something. Today the girl taking my order wasn't listening. She kept saying "no onion", I said "no, large fries" again she said "no onion" and again I said "no, large fries", then I ordered two ice cream cones. I get to the window to pay and he reads out the wrong order, I corrected him and paid. Went to the second window and BIG surprise, I have to pull over to #1. I asked her if she had the right order and she read out part of my order so all good. I pull up to my spoke and a young man comes out, they gave me the WRONG drink. Then he comes with my food no ice cream. Tells me check my bill I didn't order. The IDIOTS didn't give me my receipt. I lost it on him and left. I will drive to Nash Rd McD's before I go there EVER again

We have visited this McDonalds location on numerous occasions ...mostly when we have our grandchildren in tow...as there is a play area here and the youngest loves to play there. The staff are friendly and helpful...delivering any items not immediately ready to us as necessary. McDonalds food is pretty consistent so not much to really say there. I do like the " loyalty " program which entitles you to a free coffee with a full card . McDonalds is my " go to " restaurant for coffee !

McDonalds has very good coffee - free coffee after 7 coffees if you use the coffee card. Usually go for breakfast.

What brought me in was the free coffee for customer appreciation week, so I decided to have an egg mcmuffin as well.

I stop in here on a regular basis for breakfast or coffee before work. The morning manager is usually miserable and the last seven or so times I've tried to get a hot chocolate the McCafe machine is either broken or is being cleaned. I tired to use a coupon not too long ago and the manager said they would not accept it because they are not a participating restaurant. They gave me the coupon in the first place.
