Feedback gevenI am unsure who to blame, whether it is the poor management or the workers at this restaurant. I ordered a simple meal with large fries and a drink, as well as a Mcwrap without bacon. Unfortunately, my order took 30 minutes to be completed, and when I finally received it, the fries were smaller than I expected, the Mcwrap contained bacon, and the burger was lacking sauce. Additionally, I was upset to see that the workers were handling the food without gloves. I chose not to correct my order as I did not want to interact with them any further, but I felt the need to share my experience.
I just ordered the BLT breakfast McMuffin. Cheese and Mayo sauce were missing. This place is badly organized, not sure why I always believe in this place, eventually they will hire competent managers and train their people. Rare is my order right and the food is always cold. Not recommended.
I paid $10 in cash for my food at this restaurant and waited for over 15 minutes. When I asked the lady if my order was ready, she informed me that I hadn't actually paid because my order was still in the register. I was surprised by this news, as I was sure I had paid. When I requested to speak to the manager, she told me that she was the manager. I asked her to check the security cameras, but she refused.
Order nothing from Skip the dishes.... instead of a mocha we got warm milk and our nuggets were either too long in the fryer or put back to heat them! If you bite the nugget, you can taste the burnt oil flavor....We ordered nuggets for all 4 members of the family. We have ordered a few times in the last 2 weeks from the location and are disappointed EVERY SINGLE TIME! Enough is enough... next time we pay the higher delivery fee and order of Upper Gage and Mohawk.
I ordered a burger with bacon and cheese, but it came with only onions and was very dry. There was no ketchup or mustard provided. Definitely one of the worst burgers I've ever had at McDonald's. Additionally, the tables were not clean.
