Paramount FineFoods - Hamilton

I've been a regular to the location in Mississauga. The location in Hamilton is a rip off. I went there in June and ordered to dine in. I ordered appitizers platter and a saj. The server brought the appitizer in a to go container!!! Three tiny cardboard plates! When I asked the server she said " th place was packed, so we had to serve in those plates!! 3 tables!! The restaurant had 3 tables only when I walked in. Every time I go they serve less and less meat and in general ingredients. The saj wrap had less than an oz of chicken in it!! Even the poor server she was apologizing although it was not her fault, as if she knew this was wrong.Management needs to know that at the end of the day you are a shawrma restaurant, and that's why you had success at the beginning, and this is your core business, the fancier you get the more customers you gonna lose. I lost faith in this location. I will try then again in couple of years,if they didn't go out of business.

Pretty good huge variety to choose from ! I've had a better shawarma elsewhere however they are very good and offer amazing food

Visited on a Thursday night with friends. My friends did not have much exposure to middle eastern foods so they were amazed by all the unfamiliar food. Myself on the other hand, found the quality of the meat lacked in flavour. The portions were a good size and pita is provided when you first sit. The service was slacking despite the restaurant being almost empty. Didn't receive water until 30 mins after sitting. Server was very nice but found she liked to chat with coworkers behind the counter majority of the time.

Lucky to find a table, even though it is a large restaurant. This was the first time I have been when it was this busy, and they were also doing table service which I had not had in the past. I have been here many times before, but it has been about a year since the last time. The food is still wonderful, fresh and flavourful. Excellent portion size and the wait staff are friendly and helpful. Having been converted from a fast food restaurant, they have kept the previous 'play room' which we were seated close to this time. As a result the sound was a little louder than expected.

The food was excellent and pleantiful! Our waitress, Omnia, was superb, probably the most pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable person we have seen in a long time! We will definitely be back.
