Went to the 780 Queenston rd location for dinner. Was served by the fabulous Marlene. Such a great server, and super nice and talkative!Food: 5/5

Absolutely horrible service. Placed an order at 1pm for 3:45pm (2 hours and 45 minutes notice) for 2 meals to pick up on my way into work. Got there and was told it was almost ready… fast forward 30 minutes later (4:15pm) I’m now late for work.Not only that but then while I’m waiting, an elderly women comes in fuming that she had to drive back 20 minutes because her order was wrong. How can this place be so disfunctional. Maybe give up on the take out dream and just be a dine in restaurant if you aren’t capable of providing the service properly.Normally I wouldn’t complain but this is the 2nd time I’ve ordered from this location and it’s been the same thing both times. Won’t be back

I had a very nice lunch with my family! Food was great. However it was Maria's excellent service that put it over the top! I'm a server across the street and was very impressed with my experience because of Maria! Ownership should realize how lucky they are to have such a strong and devoted server/ front of the house representative! Ty again!

My significant other and I went to dinner on Aug 8th our waitress was Maria who provided exemplary service. Maria is a fantastic waitress who is very attentive to your needs, and circled back often to make sure that we had everything we needed. Any requests we made were fulfilled right away, and she made the experience very pleasant for us. i would highly recommend this Swiss Chalet location, there is plenty of parking, and I would recommend that you ask for Maria as your server.Dave :>Parking: Lot's of Free Parking never full!
