Had an interaction with who I assume is the owner, he went above and beyond for me and I really appreciated it.Most franchises do not care about the customer experience at all.
When ordering takeout, the restaurant should remember to include spoons and napkins in the bag. Just because someone is working for minimum wage, doesn't mean they should provide less service.
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. It is a terrible place with disrespectful managers and workers. Every time you go in, there is pure ignorance, not to mention that if you ever have a problem, they talk loudly about you so everyone in the restaurant can hear. All the employees come out to look at you, trying to figure out who the manager with the black hair had an issue with. This has happened to me twice, and I have recorded the nasty things said about me while I was trying to enjoy my lunch break. When asked for the owner's information, they claim they are not allowed to provide it, leaving you with no one to contact. If you are the owner and reading this, I have some videos for you to see the behavior of your manager.
Just went through the drive thru. Had to wait 20 mins to get our food after placing our order. Once we reached up to window cashier was very abrupt not pleasant at all. Ordered a number 7 and got a burger ?
