From potatoes at 1830 a.m. in a Saturday night and screams my wife through the drive through speaker. Disgusting and will never return to this place.

We like this location because of the friendly staff and the clean dining room. The burgers are also hot and fresh!

I'm not sure what the previous poster is talking about, because this Wendy's is not on Hamilton Mountains. I've been coming to Queenston Road for over 15 years and always had a great experience. The food is always great and I find that the serving size is always generous... When I order a salad its always great size and fresh! You never have nickel and dime if I want an extra dressing or whatever. The staff is always friendly and go away from there to say something, even if there is only a quick hello. The fries here are the best!! This is an older place, but I have always found that it is clean and well maintained. I would recommend it very much.

One of the dirtiest restaurant we have ever been in. Floors were so bad you might fall if you were not careful. The manager at this Wendys was actually screaming at the staff for no reason at all. Wendys should find a better way to...look after the staff they have who work so hard for such little pay. Will not return to this restaurant until the management can work with its staff and treat them as human beings. Ive been to other Wendys and they was great but this one on Hamiltons east mountain is horrible
