Best steak sandwich ever and pizza is really great too

The food is not the same as it was. Counter people were nice and respectful.. dining room was chilly.

Very festive for the holidays. Staff were friendly. Food was great, it was very comfortable and felt cozy. It was very kid friendly. Would defiantly go back.

This Richard's Pizza location is so beautiful, warm and friendly! The staff are all helpful and kind, and the food is beyond measure.

As someone visiting from out of state, I asked for recommendations on a good spot for subs. This place was suggested, so I decided to check it out. When I looked at the menu, I asked the staff member for her recommendation, and she said the steak sub was the way to go. I decided to order it, but I ended up feeling quite disappointed. While it did taste good, it wasn’t real steak; it was clearly processed. I don't think it’s right for a restaurant to sell something so processed and represent it as genuine food. In a restaurant, I expect to find real, high-quality ingredients, not processed ones.
