Marina Cafe - Hamilton Island

Great position and views, but this is where the positive ends. they are incredibly slow, the prices are high, serving on the small size and eating was bland. I saw how the personal penetrated the orders for the resort staff.

The breakfast is least said. had a lot of potential with good prospects, good location and many patrons, but the end result was less than satisfying. we ordered the big breakfast, they started by making the order very wrong (which I can forgive alone, pass accidents) but the speck was almost burned over the recognition and in the ground unusable, they gave us the smallest piece toast that they have ever seen (the poached ei alone was significantly greater than the toast). finally, the exorbitant price makes it definitiw not worth it. the only trigger factor is the half decent coffee.

Marina caffe in hamilton island. it is close to the marina and therefore always busy. I had the coffee there, but it was just normal. service was good, but just a little slow.

By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered the palate with gluten-free toast. I had it the day before and it was nice. but today, when I ordered it, it came out and the mushrooms, speck and tomaten were stone cold. I sent her back and asked her again. it was returned to me to scaling the toast and spinat were so hot, it was clear that it was warmed again instead of being freshly cooked and the speck was so dry it was not possible. the waiting staff ignored me then I had to set up to ask for a refund on which the coworker appeared unrunted went to my table asked me what was wrong with him I had a bit of this meal. as I explained, she went away...read more

The staff was really helpful and polite. Overall would rate it 10/10. Really impressed with the place and the service. Will come back for sure.
