The Grange Restaurant - Hamilton

This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The person who I believe was the owner was extremely rude, unkind, and unhelpful. I felt like I was unwelcome and irritated during my entire stay. I definitely would not recommend this place.

The staff performance at this restaurant is average and there is room for improvement, but the overall environment was clean and welcoming. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, it was difficult to fully assess the service, but this review is focused on the food. If they can improve on the basics, this place has great potential. I have to mention that the rib eye steak was one of the best I have ever had, possibly the best. The flavor was exceptional and it was cooked to perfection. Everyone at the table enjoyed their meals and everything looked appetizing.

Since the new management took over, I have visited The Grange twice. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful, as I have gluten and fructose intolerances. They went above and beyond to prepare a delicious meal for me both times. I highly recommend The Grange for a lovely evening out, whether you're going with friends or your significant other.

It was nice to be met and greeted as we arrived that made for a good night. friendly service and a good price, the restaurant grange can only be better and better.

I had dinner here recently and was very surprised at the quality of service and food that I received. The steaks are generous in size and cooked to perfection, the Seafood Sauce was fresh and tasty, thanks for a great night.
