Mcdonald's - Hammersmith and Fulham

I ordered a custom Filet-O-Fish meal with fries and a coffee, but everything was served cold. I'm not sure why or how, but McDonald's fries are not tasty when they're cold. I will not be coming back to this restaurant, as it was a waste of money.

I stopped by this restaurant for lunch before heading to the Apollo Theatre. The food was good, with typical options and standard drinks. I accidentally left my mobile phone behind, but the staff went above and beyond to retrieve it and return it to me. This really speaks volumes about the quality of the staff they have.

My experience at this McDonald's was exceptional. We came in for ice cream and ordered at the machine, opting for table service. Despite the crowded restaurant, a lovely, small, dark-skinned female employee quickly cleaned a table for us. The Tiramisu McFlurries we ordered were the most delicious we've ever had. When I went to dispose of the packaging, the same assistant offered to take care of it for me. She didn't give me her name, but her conscientious and kind demeanor ensured we had a great visit. Her consistent high level of customer service truly stood out.

We were short for time so we called into McDonalds for something to eat in a hurry. We found that the staff in there were extremely helpful and customised our order to suit our needs. The food was fairly quickly ready and very nice. There was a member of staff constantly cleaning up the tables etc, so the venue was kept in a clean and tidy condition. For our purpose it was perfect and within our limited time scale.

Good place for a full MacEnglish breakfast or just a couple of hash browns and good cup of great tasting great value McD 's coffee at 5am.
