Byway Brewing Company - Hammond

The food at this brewery is absolutely amazing. My wife had a pork loin sandwich that was about the size of our table. I had the Executioners Song (Italian beef with horseradish Mayo and Marconi giardiniera. The seasoned French fries are some of the bestfries I?ve had in a very long time. You can get them as a side seasoned with salt and pepper or add Parmesan cheese. Now let?sget to the beer! The Jim Levenstein Apple Pie Ale was delicious (hopefully Jim didn?t do his thing with the pie before theyadded it to the beer ???? and the Cambrian Explosion was a hazy IPA with Passion fruit and citra hops. The overall quality orthe food and beer was awesome and well worth the visit. The service was friendly and very timely. There is plenty of seatinginside and outside.

Stopped back in and had Kimberly as our server again. I had the Fest Beir and a really good Flatbread. They were brewing today, so there was a wonderful smell of sweet wort in the air as we entered. Such a great place!

So in this review I?m gonna tell you everything that you need to know. Plenty of free parking, atmosphere is great, options for indoor or patio seating; I did patio which was very nice they do have a few covered tables if you prefer. The Doom Riderflatbread was delicious but the brews were absolutely amazing I did and recommend the flights. They did have live music whichwas pretty good and once the band left they did have a good variety of music that played overhead. The restrooms was clean withnice size stalls. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely will be going back and highly recommend you won?t bedisappointed.

This place is in a really neat setting. The beers were just ok for me and the food was just ok also.

The inside of the brewery was lovely. A very relaxing environment. Their menu surprised me and I wanted to try everything. I got the OG burger ???? ???? It was really good and I had garlic parmesan fries ???? Holy moly they were delicious. I don't drinkbeer, but got a orange wheat beer. It was good. Sorry that's all I can say on the beer ???? Like always, I forget to take apicture before I start eating. This picture doesn't do it justice.
