Beautiful view! Staff seemed to be knowledgeable, but they lacked in personality. My visit was on Friday, March 31. My second winery stop with my DD and two friends. Our server clearly had similar tastes to my friends and not me. They had two wine taste before she poured my first. I felt invisible, and then she made a comment that I was drinking the Ford version to the Cadillac my friends were drinking. Not cool! This was my first visit. Tasting is $15 a person. She needs to work on her people skills to sell wine. Needless to say, we walked out with nothing.
Named one of the top 100 wineries in the world some of the best dry rieslings I've ever had hail from Ravines . Word to the wise ...make sure you make a reservation or you will likely be turned away . This location is not nearly as fabulous as the Geneva tasting room but , let's be honest , I'm here for the wine. The standout here for me was the Argetsinger Riesling which recently received 94 point rating and wow , it was delicious !
Friendly and helpful staff, and some of the best wines in the region. we would go back! make a reservation on their website for your visit.
Seating area outside with a view of the lake. Staff were friendly and helpful
