Namaste Nourishment

Namaste Nourishment is my favourite food haven in town. I have eaten there many times for breakfast/lunch (always super tasty) and last night I got to experience their dinner menu. And I got exactly what I expected, absolutely divine food full of flavour and love. Cannot wait to eat my way through their entire menu!! So greatful to have a cafe/restaurant on my doorstep that provides an entirely crultey free menu. Feels so good being able to go and eat anything off a menu without having to modify my order or question staff about ingredients. Keep it up guys

I had lunch at this cafe the other day and I was just blown away with how delicious and fresh and tasty the food was. It was seriously one of the best meals I've ever had. And I'm not even a vegan! I'm a meat eater! So the bonus was that it was healthy and nutritious, and no animals were harmed in making my lunch. Loved it! Will definitely be back to eat that same meal all over again xx

My daughter took me here, we had lunch, I had the Breakfast meal with 'scrambled egg. It was very tasty and I found the crispy Kale covered in Cashew 'cheese ' amazing. Enjoyed the tea too, great place for Vegetarians, Vegans and Omnivores, like myself .

I actually live in Melbourne but grew up in the Ballarat area and visit family and friends often, so when I heard Ballarat had got a vegan cafe I was so excited to give it a try! I ate at Namaste twice in 2 days I was in Ballarat-it was that good! The space is beautiful, all staff were lovely and went above and beyond, and myself and my omni dad and brother and vego sister were all impressed! I would like to particularly mention that I have an allergy to most nuts (as well as being vegan, how fun), and I knew I might be limited in choice because of that, particularly as they are also gluten-free; I had absolutely no reason to be worried! Staff were super careful with my allergy, had great knowledge of the menu, and both occassions I had an amazing meal (with appropriate subs as needed) with no issues! Thank you so much!
